NDIS and Disability Home Support
Practical household support built around you

Goldilocks supports people with disability to maintain a home that feels safe, comfortable and manageable. We listen to your goals, preferences, routines and communication needs, then agree a clear service scope with you.

Our NDIS provider status

Goldilocks is an unregistered NDIS provider. If you self-manage your NDIS funding or use a registered plan manager, contact us to discuss whether Goldilocks can provide the support you are seeking.
Goldilocks cannot provide NDIS-funded supports from the NDIA-managed part of a plan. The support must also be eligible for funding under your plan and funding arrangement.
When Goldilocks delivers NDIS supports, we and our workers must follow the NDIS Code of Conduct. The Code applies to registered and unregistered providers.
Supports we may provide

Depending on your needs, plan and the agreed service, Goldilocks may assist with:
-
household cleaning
-
laundry and linen
-
home organising and practical household systems
-
meal preparation and light household tasks
-
basic garden and outdoor maintenance
-
agreed errands and collections
-
household routines that support a safe and functional home
Not every listed service will be an NDIS support for every participant. We will not describe a service as NDIS funded until the support, funding arrangement and service agreement have been checked.

What working with us looks like

1. Tell us what support you are looking for
You, a nominee or a referral partner can contact us. We ask only for the information needed to understand the request and check capacity.

2. We confirm fit and availability
We discuss goals, tasks, preferences, risks, communication needs, location, funding and the schedule that may work.

3. We agree the
service
Before regular support begins, we confirm the service scope, price, responsibilities, cancellation terms, invoicing and feedback process in writing.

4. We review how it is working
You can request changes, raise concerns or stop services in line with the agreement. We welcome feedback and respect your right to choice and control

Team matching and continuity
We ask about communication, sensory, cultural, access, pet and household preferences. We aim to provide the same worker or team wherever possible, but cannot guarantee a particular person for every visit.
Pricing and funding
NDIS-funded services are priced according to the support delivered, the funding arrangement, the service agreement and applicable NDIS pricing requirements. We explain the agreed rate and any permitted travel, non-face-to-face or cancellation charges before services begin.

What Goldilocks does not provide
Unless separately confirmed in writing, Goldilocks does not provide personal care, medication administration, nursing, clinical care, behaviour support, restrictive practices, specialist transport, high-risk manual handling or tasks outside worker competence and insurance.

NDIS FAQs

Can I choose Goldilocks if I self-manage my plan?
Yes. Goldilocks is an unregistered NDIS provider. If you self-manage your funding, contact us to discuss the support you need. The support must be eligible for funding under your plan and funding arrangement.
Do I need a service agreement?
Goldilocks uses a written agreement for ongoing NDIS-funded services so the scope, price, responsibilities and changes are clear.
Can my support coordinator enquire for me?
Yes. We will still seek the participant's or authorised representative's consent before collecting detailed information or confirming services.
Can I make a complaint outside Goldilocks?
Yes. You may contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about the quality or safety of NDIS supports. Our Feedback and Complaints page explains the options.
