What is normally included?
A standard scope quote can include kitchens, bathrooms, internal cupboards and drawers, doors and handles, skirting boards, reachable vents, accessible window tracks, floors and other agreed tasks. Oven cleaning, internal windows, wall washing, carpet steam cleaning, external windows and balconies must be listed separately where required.

Property requirements

The property should be empty or the remaining items clearly identified.

Electricity and hot water must be available.

Safe access, parking and key arrangements must be confirmed.

Building works and rubbish removal should be completed before cleaning.

The client must identify delicate surfaces, known damage and agent requirements before the service.
No Bond Guarantee
Goldilocks guarantees that we will complete the agreed scope with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee a bond refund because the final decision is made by the rental provider or agent and can include issues outside the cleaning scope.
Changes on the day
If the property condition or requested scope differs materially from the information provided, we will explain the options. Additional time or work will only proceed with approval where practical.
