Do I have to throw things away?

No. You decide what stays, moves, is donated or is discarded. We can help make those decisions more manageable without pressure.

Do I need to be present?

Usually for decision-heavy decluttering. We can complete agreed organising, labelling or resetting tasks independently once the decision rules are clear.

Will you buy containers before the session?

Only with approval. We often recommend organising first so products are chosen for the final volume and function of the space.
