Goldilocks coordinates the work. Electrical, plumbing, gas, building, arborist and other licensed or specialist work must be completed by an appropriately qualified provider.
The client approves the chosen contractor and cost before work proceeds. The contractor remains responsible for their advice, licences, workmanship, warranties, invoices and insurance. Goldilocks will disclose any referral fee, commission or related-party arrangement before a contractor is engaged.
Goldilocks' coordination time is charged separately from contractor costs unless a written quote states otherwise.
