Before we quote

We will ask about the size and condition of the area, access, slopes, equipment, waste, pets, irrigation and the specific result you want. Photos may be requested.
What requires a specialist

Goldilocks does not provide tree lopping, arborist work, major landscaping, excavation, roof or gutter work, work at height, hazardous chemical application or tasks involving unsafe equipment or conditions. Heavy clearing and large-volume waste may require a specialist contractor.
Weather and Waste
Outdoor services may need to be rescheduled in unsafe weather or ground conditions. Green-waste removal, tip fees and use of client or Goldilocks equipment must be agreed before the booking.
